Close your Grengo account
You can close your account at any time from the app. It takes effect straight away.
In the app
- Open the Grengo app and sign in.
- Tap the settings icon at the top right of the map.
- Tap Close account and confirm.
You can’t close an account during a trip, while you owe money for a ride, or as a driver while your Grengo balance isn’t settled. The app tells you which one applies. You can download a copy of your data from the same screen first.
What we remove
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your saved places, devices and notifications
- Your saved cards, which are also removed from our payment provider
- Your sign-in methods, which signs you out everywhere
What we keep
- Trip, payment, refund and payout records, which we keep for our accounts, no longer linked to your name or contact details
- Support conversations, for the same reason
Can’t open the app?
Contact us from the email address or phone number on your account and we’ll close it for you.
